Little faith.

I have been helping kids with speech impediments/deficits. At first, I felt unqualified. Guys, I am not a speech therapist. I mean, I know some stuff. I spent 4 years learning the science of speech and hearing, but I did not spend any additional years learning therapy methods or doing any practical work in this field. Instead, I got my masters in early childhood education...learning about how to teach kids from 0-3rd grade.

Anyways, kids here need speech therapy...and if I don't help then, well...there really isn't any other options! (unless ST's can just fall from the sky in Kunming, China)

So, what do I do? I help the kids...by asking Him for help. Sometimes I think to myself, am I really even helping? Am I really doing anything?

This past week I heard a difference! And, not only by me, the family members too. The child is now using a couple of consonant sounds in her speech! Still a long way to go, so please please please lift up the kids here and ask for healing...and for me to find security in our Father!
